Position: Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Full Time, including every other weekend
Pay: $23 - $26 / hr.

Laurel Circle is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Worker to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our community. If you're hands-on, detail oriented and enjoy solving a variety of maintenance challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenace Worker:
Plumbing & Electrical
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues.
- Replace and install toilets, faucets, and plumbing hardware.
- Swap out outlets, switches, light fixtures, and perform basic electrical diagnostics.
Carpentry & Appliance Work
- Repair or replace cabinets, doors, locks, and drywall.
- Install and remove appliances like dishwashers, ovens, and washer/dryer units.
- Maintain door hardware and ensure secure, functional entryways.
General Maintenance & Facility Support
- Use technology to manage and complete digital work orders.
- Mount TVs, grab bars, and other fixtures with precision.
- Assist with basic tech setups (e.g., connecting smart devices to Wi-Fi).
- Prepare units for new residents with inspections, minor repairs, and coordination.
- Keep tools and parts inventory organized and stocked.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Solid experience in general maintenance, especially plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in healthcare or residential facilities is highly preferred.
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
