Maintenance Mechanic

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic with at least 1 year of basic mechanical experience. The candidate will maintain service records on vehicles and equipment, repair tires and tubes, perform oil changes, and daily fueling of all yard equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of basic mechanical experience
• Experience in inspecting and maintaining functional parts of automotive and mechanical equipment
• Familiarity with servicing vehicles and heavy equipment such as forklifts, front-end loaders, and cherry pickers

SKILLS

• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge
• Ability to maintain accurate service records
• Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire repairs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain service records on vehicles and equipment
• Repair tires and tubes
• Perform oil changes on various equipment
• Fuel all yard equipment on a daily basis
• Inspect and maintain functional parts of automotive and mechanical equipment, including vehicles, forklifts, front-end loaders, cherry pickers, etc.
