We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our Corporate Office team. This full-time, on-site role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and plays a key role in supporting both front desk operations and administrative functions-particularly assisting the accounting department and supporting office events.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors in the Corporate Office and help direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Assist the accounting department with stuffing and mailing a high volume of checks weekly using the electronic mail machine.
  • Assist the accounting department with electronic deposits.
  • Receive all incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist with on and off-site events such as meetings. Receive and setup breakfast/lunch when it arrives, break down once the meeting is finished, clear uneaten food and store in the refrigerator, and prepare conference room(s) for the next meeting.
  • Load and unload the dishwasher, ensure that coffee, tea, sugars, and other supplies are filled at all times.
  • Ensure snack baskets are full.
  • Keep inventory of all break room supplies.
  • The Receptionist position is not limited to the responsibilities above.
  • Reports to Corporate Office Administrator.

Qualifications/ Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
  • 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday
