Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Red Hat Maintenance Engineer to join a high-impact team supporting a Federal program in Tampa, FL. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work hands-on with Red Hat OpenShift and related enterprise technologies in a secure environment, helping to maintain and enhance critical systems. You'll collaborate directly with technical leads and stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. This is an on-site role in Tampa, FL that requires a TS/SCI clearance for consideration.

Responsibilities

* Support public sector customers in implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions

* Learn new technologies quickly, including container orchestration and microservices

* Perform technical reviews and proactively identify and prevent issues

* Understand customer technical infrastructures and serve as a customer advocate

* Collaborate with engineering, R D, product management, and technical support teams

* Create documentation regarding customer issues and resolutions

* Manage and grow customer relationships through attentive support

* Provide hands-on support as needed
