Pay Range: $1898.40 - $2614.96**

Anemployeeinthisclassperformsroutine,manualworkcleaningandmaintainingbuildings. Theemployeealsocontrolsbuildingheatingandairconditioningequipment.Theemployee performsrecurringtasksinaccordancewithestablishedpracticesandcleaningschedules. Whenproblemsarise,anemployeeinthisclasswillreferthemtoaleadworkerorsupervisor. Errorswillberevealedbyinspectionofworkandarenotlikelytoresultinlossoftimeor resources.Supervisionisdirectwithfrequentinspectionstoassurecompletionofassignments inaccordancewithinstructionsandstandardsofcleanliness.

- Dustsandarrangesfurniture.

- Replenishestissue,towels,andsoapinrestrooms,kitchensandclassroomfacilities.

- Emptieswastebasketsandothertrashreceptacles.

- Locksandunlocksdoors.

- Sortsandstoresmaterialforrecyclingprogram.

- Reportstosupervisoranydamagesor neededrepairs.

- Picksuppaperandothertrashinschoolbuildingoronschoolgrounds.

- Turnsheatingandairconditioningequipmentonandoff.
