What You\'ll Do: As a Front Office team member, you\'ll bethe face of Jiminy Peak - greeting guests, answering questions, andensuring every visitor feels right at home. Your day-to-day willinclude: - Welcoming and checking guests in and out of the hotel -Answering phones and directing calls with a smile - Issuing keys, lifttickets, brochures, and more - Coordinating with housekeeping andmaintenance to fulfill guest requests - Using our systems to manage workorders and thermostat settings - Providing directions, conciergeservices, and local recommendations - Handling payments and runningdaily reports - Responding to guest inquiries via our messaging system -Supporting management with various tasks and reports - Knowledge ofsafety and emergency protocols - Keep up to date on resort events WhatWe\'re Looking For: - Weekend and holiday availability is a must - 18years or older - Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion forservice - Prior customer service experience is a plus - Comfortablestanding for long periods - Basic computer, typing, and math skills\*This position will report directly to the Front Desk Supervisor/and orFront Office Manager\*
