Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Bend

My house is usually pretty clean except for my kitchen, because I have no pets, no children and have a no shoe house. But I injured myself and need a 6 hour clean. I think my house takes about 5 hrs to clean. My best days are Monday, Friday or Saturdays. Right now it would help me a lot if someone could cook a few meals with my groceries and leave them in my fridge because I fractured my spine. I could use 1-2 cleans before June 2, then once a month. I need someone who is kind, nonstressful, thorough, honest, and takes direction well. And someone who does not spend regular time in crowded indoor places like classrooms and churches because I need to avoid flu and covid because of a health condition I have that causes me to take 3-4 months to recover from COVID or flu.
