Answers all incoming calls and text messages in a timely and professional manner demonstrating appropriate customer service. Directs incoming calls appropriately while maintaining confidentiality, taking messages and relaying them in a timely manner. Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers; resolves any customer requests in a timely and accurate manner; escalates complaints accordingly. Coordinate patient information inquiries: Update demographic information, investigate delivery dates, troubleshoot product issues, other as applicable. Make monthly refill communication calls to patients prior to their order date. Manage all inbound and outbound text messaging requests and mail follow up correspondence to customers we are unable to get ahold of. Provide office support functions including organizing, copying/scanning and filing of patient documents. Handles incoming/outgoing mail and shipments from office. Balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Maintains clean, comfortable, inviting atmosphere of reception area, promoting positive image. Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Pursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goals.
