Frankenmuth River Place Shops Grounds/Maintenance Worker

Hours: Full time - 37-40 hours per weekEarliest Shift 8am and latest shift 10p *variety of shifts between these times.*Must we willing to work weekdays, weekends, holidays Responsible for maintaining Frankenmuth River Place Shops high standards for the grounds and outside facilities, including planting, pruning, watering, trimming and fertilizing flowers, shrubs and grass in conjunction with the Lead Grounds Worker and Facility Manager. Will maintain, clean-up trash and vegetation. May include simple repair and maintenance or painting and staining. Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Additional knowledge equivalent to one-year experience of light repair and maintenance.Ability to continually reach, stretch, bend, lift items heavy weights (75 lbs.), ability to climb ladders of all types and be on feet for long periods of time.Valid state driver's license required.Ability to work both indoor and outdoors year around.
