Quail Creek Sporting Ranch a private, 4,000-acre destination blending refined Southern charm with elite outdoor recreation is seeking an experienced Front of House Director to lead our guest-facing food and beverage operations. This role is a cornerstone of our luxury hospitality experience, with direct impact on every member and guest encounter, from sunrise breakfasts to elegant private events.
The Opportunity
This position goes beyond restaurant management its about delivering world-class hospitality across every touchpoint. Youll oversee and mentor a team committed to warmth, consistency, and precision, while collaborating with chefs, events teams, and member services to ensure a seamless dining and social environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing front of house (FOH) team with professionalism and poise.
Partner with the Executive Chef on scheduling, menu updates, and daily service coordination.
Maintain a proactive, anticipatory service culture not just reacting to needs but exceeding expectations.
Direct all FOH operations during member stays and private events, including name recognition, atmosphere, and flow.
Manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls with a keen eye for efficiency and financial stewardship.
Oversee the beverage program from permitting and procurement to guest experience.
Set and uphold standards for music, lighting, and ambiance to create a consistently elevated environment.
Coordinate F&B team meetings and follow-through, ensuring internal communication is crisp and clear.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, FOH Director, or similar leadership role in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
In-depth food and beverage knowledge you can speak confidently about ingredients, menus, and pairings.
A service-first mentality, with a focus on emotional intelligence, presence, and leadership under pressure.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary Arts is preferred (experience may substitute).
Willingness to work flexible hours and support a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
