Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and lead the daily rhythm of our AC Kitchen & AC Lounge operations
• Inspire and manage a team of bar and service professionals to deliver seamless, European-style hospitality
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and consistency across food and beverage offerings
• Drive beverage innovation and support seasonal menu collaborations with culinary leadership
• Monitor inventory, streamline ordering, and manage beverage costs with precision
• Collaborate with the GM on sales strategies, promotions, and guest experience enhancements
• Uphold all health, safety, and brand standards

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years in a hospitality leadership role, preferably in boutique or lifestyle hotels
• A deep appreciation for wine, cocktails, and elevated bar service
• Strong understanding of European-style hospitalityintentional, elegant, and understated
• Proven ability to lead with professionalism, clarity, and warmth
• Familiarity with Marriott systems is a plus
• A flexible schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends
