The Host/Hostess ensures guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they enter until they leave. You are the face and voice of Bolo, setting the tone for an extraordinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the Resy reservation system and walk-ins.
- Coordinate table assignments to maximize flow and guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with the service team to accommodate guest needs.
- Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Tech-savvy; familiar with OpenTable & Resy is a plus.
- Sunday availability is mandatory
