Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality evening dishes aligned with AC brand standards
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Maintain consistency in portioning, plating, and culinary execution
• Assist with inventory management and work to reduce food waste

What Were Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
