- Prepare dough for pizzas, buns, naan bread and other baked goods
- Bake buns, naan bread and other baked goods
- Keep work area clean
- Know and follow all laws, rules, regulations and company policies regarding proper food handling
- Be prepared to work at designated start time
- Maintain a safe, clean ad sanitary work area, kitchen and restaurant
- Assure baked goods meet company standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and rotate food to ensure freshness
- Work as a team with all co-workers
- All other duties as assigned
- 2+ years experience baking in a high volume restaurant or equivalent experience and education
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work on feet for the duration of shift
- Must understand weights, measures and conversions
- Know food safety and inventory concepts such as FIFO, time and temperature requirements and the hierarchy of food storage
- Texas Food Handler Permit required prior to start and must be maintained throughout tenure
- Ability to maintain patience with guests and co-workers in difficult situations
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to think quickly and creatively to address unique guest needs
