Education and/or Experience

• High School or GED

• Two years of comparable service experience preferred.

• The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills.

  Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations

• Greet and acknowledge Members and Guests.

• Knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.

• Ability to time the service of each course.

• Knowledge of wines and spirits.

Basic understanding of steps of service.
