We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing timeshare rental business. This role involves a mix of administrative, clerical, and client-facing tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, handling client communications, assisting with the preparation of legal and financial documents and more.

A few responsibilities would include:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
-Scheduling and confirming interviews
-Assist in organizing and reviewing tax documents and client files
-Ensure timely follow-up with clients and manage document flow
-Maintain accurate records and filing systems
-Perform data entry, form completion, and document formatting using Microsoft Word

Requirements:
- At least a year or more with administrative experience
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Motivated and personable
-Verbal and written communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Mon-Friday: 11-7/10-6
