We are currently hiring for a 2nd shift housekeeping associate to become part of our team! The housekeeper will maintain the cleanliness of the office and warehouse areas to include the break rooms and restroom areas. This position may be required to operate power equipment as needed. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am. Pay is $17.10 an hour + a pay differential of a $1.00 for working nights.

Main Activities/Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the break room floors, microwaves, counters, sinks, tables, and refrigerators
• Keep bathrooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
• Keep trash cans emptied
• Operate the floor scrubber
• Organize and maintain custodial closet supplies
• Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
• Ensure the compliance of safety norms to include maintaining a clean, orderly and safe work area
• Maintain outside common areas as required
• Complete weekly and monthly checklists and report out to Facilities Manager
• Other duties may be assigned

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be subject to changes in temperature and expose to dust.
