Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lanai, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lanai, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lanai, a kids club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. The Four Seasons Resort Lanai is looking for a S e rver Assistant who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. Ou r teams h ave the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge o f the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization is required .

WHAT YOULL DO

• Prepare the tables prior to guest seating, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and settings are clean and properly arranged.

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages with precision, care, and attention to timing.

• Clear used plates, glassware, and utensils promptly and quietly, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area.

• Reset tables efficiently between guest seatings to our fine dining standards.

• Refills water, bread, and other table necessities unobtrusively.

• Support the service team by running dishes from the kitchen, polishing glassware and cutlery, and maintaining stock at service stations.

• Anticipate guest needs, communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure satisfaction, and personalize service by recognizing frequent guests and catering to their preferences

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and public areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Uphold the ambiance and atmosphere of the dining room through attentiveness to lighting, spacing, and guest comfort.

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts .

• Weekend and Holiday availability required .

• Strong Customer Service skills .
