Janitor at Jeremys Farm to Table Restaurant & Market

Jeremy's Farm to Table is looking to add to our team! We are searching for the right candidate to perform janitorial and light duty maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for our guests.

Schedule: Part-Time (2030 hours/week)

Pay: $20+ per hour, DOE

About the Role:

Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Light Maintenance Worker to help keep our farm-to-table restaurant clean, functional, and welcoming. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to the comfort and safety of both our guests and staff.

What Youll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and dining spaces
• Take out trash and recycling; clean dumpster area as needed
• Clean hood filters, vents, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach surfaces
• Perform light maintenance: tightening fixtures, patching walls, changing lightbulbs, basic repairs
• Assist with upkeep of walk-in cooler/freezer and storage areas
• Report larger issues to management for repair coordination
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times

What Were Looking For:

• Previous janitorial or light maintenance experience (restaurant preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Respectful of a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment
• Flexible availability preferred (early mornings or evenings)
