Receptionist for Pest Control Company

Full-Time Receptionist Pest Control Company (Agoura / Remote)

Hi, Im Joey, owner-operator of Buncha Bugs, a locally owned and operated pest control company based in Agoura. I'm looking for a dependable, phone friendly, and organized receptionist to help run the front end of my business. Spanish speaking a must!

This is a hybrid rolesome work in Agoura office, and some remote.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering phones and scheduling appointments

Coordinating daily routes for techs

Invoicing, follow-ups, and customer service

General office support (data entry, organizing) Photoshop skills a bonus!

What You Bring:

Great phone and customer service skills

Solid organization and attention to detail

Basic computer experience (well train on our software)

Office or service industry experience is a plus

Job Details:

Full-time: 4050 hours/week

Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: Flexible mix of office + remote hours
