Alza Italian Kitchen is Hiring an Experienced Server (weekend availability required)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and looking for your next step in the hospitality industry? Alza Italian Kitchen in Rancho Santa Margarita is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Server position. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and enhance our welcoming atmosphere! Bar experience is a plus and may lead to additional opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and front-of-house areas.
Assist in seating arrangements and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit.
Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent service.
Support team members to ensure smooth and seamless operations.

Expectations:

Previous full service experience IS required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mentality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology basics is a plus and may lead to bartending opportunities.
Holiday and Weekend availability is mandatory. (closed Xmas and Thanksgiving)
