POSITION TITLE: Office Cleaner

SALARY : $8.50-$9/hr (per qualification, experience, reliability, etc.)

BASIC FUNCTION: Manage cleanliness of commercial accounts on a part time basis.

SUMMARY:
Many accounts available, each account is between 1-3 hours of work.

Weekday Mid-day accounts: AVAILABLE !
Weekday Evening accounts: AVAILABLE !
Weekend Anytime accounts: AVAILABLE !
Flexible hours, YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE!

*New employees are given 1 account with minimal hours to start. Following positive probationary period, the employee may request additional accounts and hours.

These positions require a reliable adult who is able to work independently and reliably with a good work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous experience necessary. Individual will be trained to clean commercial account according to company standards.
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must speak English
• Must pass background, drug & reference checks
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and must be able to climb stairs
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wipe down surfaces
• Wash front windows & door
• Vacuum
• Remove trash & replace bags
• Mop floors
• Clean bathroom surfaces & toilets
