High Street is a bustling Center City restaurant, and a part of James Beard Award -winning H igh Street Hospitality Group . The menu has an uncomplicated, seasonal point of view with dis hes that feature the work of our artisana l on-site bakery.
The wine program focuses on American and especially East Coast producers and the fun, sophisticated cocktails draw many regulars our spacious bar. A full coffee program is offered throughout the day and evening, from Lancaster's Passenger Coffee.

Position Description & Responsibilities
We are actively searching for Servers who are committed to warm and genuine hospitality . The steps of service will be intentional and unwavering , though executing the standards with sincerity , kindness and your unique flair will carry the day! Responsibilities include , but are not limited to, opening/closing side work tasks related to your role, managing and taking ownership of your assigned section, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the menus & cocktails, and training new team members.
Position Requirements
- 2 + years of relevant restaurant experience
- Flexible availability
- Willingness to train new team members
- Dedicated work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently for 6-8 hours on your feet
- Sincere interest in the art of hospitality, food and beverage
- Barista experience a plus
