Busser/Bar back wanted

Were a lively, high-volume Italian restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn, known for classic cocktails, regional wines, and genuine hospitality. Were looking for a sharp, energetic Barback to support our bar team and keep service running smoothly.

Your Role
As a Barback, youll work behind the scenes to make sure the bar is clean, fully stocked, and ready to impress. Youll be the bartenders right hand, helping with everything from setup to breakdown.

Responsibilities

Stock the bar with liquor, wine, beer, glassware, and garnishes

Refill ice, juices, and prep ingredients for cocktails

Maintain cleanliness of bar area throughout service

Wash and polish glassware

Assist with bar prep before service and breakdown after

Occasionally run drinks to tables and support FOH as needed

What Were Looking For

Energetic, focused, and fast on your feet

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and grow within the bar program

Must be available evenings and weekends

2 years NY experience minimum
