As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you are the face of our brand. You will deliver friendly, efficient customer service, take orders accurately, handle transactions, ensure cleanliness in customer areas, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet all guests promptly and warmly.

Take food and drink orders accurately.

Answer customer questions regarding the menu.

Operate the register and handle transactions (cash, credit/debit, digital payments).

Ensure accuracy in ringing orders and giving correct change or receipts.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor the status of takeout and dine-in orders to maintain speed and accuracy.

Keep the front-of-house clean and presentable, including tables, drink stations, floors, and restrooms.

Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages as needed.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with fellow FOH and BOH team members.

Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous customer service or QSR experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
