This early-morning role is perfect for a reliable, organized, and guest-focused individual with a passion for hospitality and fresh, elegant food. Youll be responsible for preparing a high-end continental breakfast service in a quiet, calm, and professional kitchen environment that reflects the standard of excellence our guests expect.

Position Details:
+ Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (spring through fall)
+ Shift: Morning shift starting at 5:00 AM, 5-6 days/week
+ Location: The Bayview Hotel, Bar Harbor, Maine
+ Pay: $18.90 $20 an hour

Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and serve a refined continental breakfast menu including baked goods, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, high-quality charcuterie, eggs, and rotating seasonal offerings
+ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation standards
+ Keep breakfast offerings fresh, stocked, and attractively presented throughout service
+ Track inventory and assist with ordering and restocking supplies as needed
