SERVER:

Servers are expected to be well versed and knowledgeable about food, beverage and service standards. This position requires that you be comfortable talking to guests and delivering impeccable service to all. Loves to work hard as a team, and willing to do what is necessary to create the best guest experience. (Minimum 3 years server experience).

Requirements:
3 years restaurant experience
Tray Service
Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Flexible schedule, as shifts depend on show schedule and attendance
Team player positive attitude
Wine and Liquor knowledge
Great Hospitality
Japanese food knowledge a plus
