Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines in a fast-paced packaging environment. Your role will involve both mechanical and electrical tasks, including working with 3 phase motors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to keep lines running efficiently.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on bagger machines and other equipment.
+ Repair and replace defective parts as necessary to ensure operational continuity.
+ Collaborate with team members to address production challenges and improve processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in packaging and bagger machines.
+ Basic electrical knowledge, including working with 3 phase motors.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems effectively.
+ 2-3+ years of maintenance experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance techniques.

**Work Environment**
Work alongside a team of 20-30 production staff in a facility where steel toes or safety shoes are required. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and most Fridays, or from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM Monday through Thursday and most Fridays.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmers Branch, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
