Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer ServiceAssociate (CSA) to join our team in Wallingford, CT. In this role, you'll beresponsible for supporting the Customer Service department with invoicing, dataentry, administrative tasks, and reporting. The ideal candidate will beorganized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in adynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute daily invoices to customer accounts via email
Accurately enter data and maintain timely updates
Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team
Perform filing, archiving, and other office duties as needed
Coordinate and fulfill customer data requests for Times
Prepare and distribute daily internal reports
Manage front desk operations, including switchboard duties and visitoraccess
Facilitate the completion of customer certifications and representationsthrough TMS
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
1-3 years' experience in customer service and/or inside sales
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication skills-both written and verbal
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Proficiency in managing communications across multiple platforms (phone,email, etc.)
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
