Pay for this position is $16.83/hour. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED

• 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience

• Basic working knowledge of computers systems

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve

issues.

• Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of various diversities and abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working with an electronic medical records system
