Store Operations
1. Maintain store appearance to an acceptable standard,
2. Perform daily store operations,
3. Rotate inventory,
4. Maintain equipment
5. Responsible for cash and bank deposits.
**Cook duties**
1. Cooking a variety of menu items
2. Prepping food for cooking
3. Wash dishes as needed
4. Keep work area clean and disinfected
**Work Environment**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to heat, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
**Physical Demands**
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Above 50 pounds the employee should use shared lifting for support. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
**Position type/Expected Hours of Work**
This is a part-time or full time position. Store hours are Monday through Sunday 5:00 to 11:00. May be required to work many different shifts, Hours may be adjusted based on customer needs.
**Travel**
Travel is primarily local during the business day.
**Required Education and Experience**
1. May require a successful completion of a drug and alcohol screen
2. May require a successful completion of a criminal background check
**Salary and Requirements**
1. Salary is hourly non-exempt from overtime rules and is set dependent on experience.
2. Must be capable of occasional lifting and twisting of heavy objects
3. Starting pay $14.00
4. Shift differential $1.50 extra an hour for open and closing shifts
