Job Details JF Restaurants is looking for experienced Back Servers for La Marchande at the Wall Street Hotel .Back Servers are responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences and memories as well as maintaining the JFR standards of service within the F&B outlet.
Responsibilities :
- Assist Server in timings of courses and ensure tables are set appropriately for the courses
- Make sure water levels are maintained for all guests
- Ensure station is set in accordance to the company and DOH standards
- Ensure station is fully stocked and ready for service
- Maintain station cleanliness continuously before, during, and after service
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Ensure tables are clear of any used/empty dishware, silverware, glassware
- Compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, as well as Company safety and security policies
- Provide attentiveness and excellent service to VIP guests.
- Complete all assigned side work as assigned by Management
- Basic cocktail, wine, and spirit knowledge
- Sound judgment and knowledge of operations, as well as menu knowledge.
- Great customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment and ability to multi-task and work under pressure while still being detail oriented and personable.
- Good organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write and speak proficient English.

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50)
