Are you a dynamic and passionate leader with a love for hospitality and exceptional special event experiences? Join our team as a Food & Beverage Manager and take charge of our Banquet & Catering team We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual who can inspire a team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure the smooth operation of our banquet events. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all banquet operations, including scheduling, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing inventory. During slower event periods, you will assist the leadership team at Clark Street Taphouse & Grill in restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- ServSafe certification is required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
