Evening Shift Custodian/Caretaker

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Evening Shift Worker to support the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of our facility during evening hours. This role combines elements of custodial maintenance, security monitoring, rule enforcement, and basic support services. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Key duties include: Monitoring common areas and premises to ensure compliance with facility rules and policies; performing regular trash collection and disposal throughout the facility; assisting residents and guests with lockouts; ensuring doors and gates are properly secured during and at the end of shift; responding to emergency situations calmly and effectively; collaborating with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. No prior experience necessary were happy to train individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
