In the new heart of Woodinville the beauty of the Pacific Northwest meets its newest destination, The Somm. Hotel and Spa. The Somm. is set to open in summer 2025, becoming the centerpiece of a 20-acre master-planned development in Woodinville, Wash.

The Somm. Hotel and Spa is a 164-room luxury hotel that will offer a blend of upscale accommodations and amenities. The project is part of Harvest, a town square-style development that will house nearly 100,000 square feet of restaurants, bars, wine-tasting rooms, and recreation. It also includes hundreds of apartments and townhouses, making it a comprehensive destination in its own right.

The hotel itself is designed to be a haven of comfort and indulgence. It features a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, 10,000 sq ft of meeting spaces, and a 5,661-square-foot spa. Additionally, there will be 9,000 square feet of retail space that will complement the hotel’s offerings. This retail section is expected to include wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, and other facilities.

What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks

• Guide the performance of bartenders and support staff to ensure high standards of service and teamwork
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to monitor bar supplies and beverage inventory
• Provide training and support to bartenders and servers to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and ensure the bar adheres to local health, safety, and liquor laws
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and support team by fielding and handling complaints diplomatically

The Nitty Gritty

• At least two years of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
