Role and Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Welcoming and assisting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care.
+ Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our diverse community.
+ Answering and directing phone calls, providing information as needed.
+ Coordinating appointments and maintaining schedules for residents and staff.
+ Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
+ Collaborating with staff to resolve resident and family inquiries promptly.
+ Ensuring a warm and inviting environment in all interactions.
Requirements:
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English: Required for effective communication.
+ Customer Service Experience: Preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
