Job duties:

Cut, prepare, and cook ingredients for pizzas.

Prepare and cook special meals for guests as instructed by kitchen manager

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

Oversee kitchen operations

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

Set up and prepare large parties

Maintain a clean kitchen and workplace

Plan and determine portions for food costs and monitor order supplies

Train new kitchen staff
