In-Room Dining - Server - Year-Round - Full-Time

As an In-Room Dining Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering food and beverage orders directly to guest rooms with efficiency, warmth, and attention to detail. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities\:

• Present guest food and beverage orders accurately, promptly, and to temperature

• Deliver orders in accordance with Hyatt service standards, ensuring complete and attractive presentation

• Retrieve trays and room service items in a timely and discreet manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining areas, including pantries and service equipment

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service flow

• Engage in casual, friendly conversation to enhance the guest experience

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

• Perform side work, restocking, and other duties as assigned by management

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment up to 40 lbs

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
