As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient and resourceful service at the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the registration process with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle cash, make change, and balance house bank
• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome
• Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
• Incorporate Mystery Shopper Standards into every interaction

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent required; college education highly preferred
• Prior guest service experience required
• Ability to make quick and efficient decisions to benefit and support your fellow associates and guests
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
