Restaurant / Bar Utility Worker

This position will combine the roles of the Food Expeditor, Bus Person & Barback depending on the business need.

Clear and reset tables and assist the food servers in their duties while providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to the guests.

Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.

Assists servers in the delivery of orders and pre-busing tables.

stocks and maintains service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.

Act as a link between the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient food delivery. Verify the order accuracy, check food presentation and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Support the bartender by maintaining the bar's cleanliness and stock levels. Handle the tasks that allow the bartender to focus on serving customers.
