Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Events Planner to join the team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact events including tradeshows, customer engagements, internal conferences, and media events that align with strategic business goals. Youll work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors to deliver seamless, engaging, and results-driven event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage multiple, complex events simultaneously, including tradeshows, conferences, media events, and internal meetings.

Oversee end-to-end logistics such as contracts, venue setup, AV requirements, speaker coordination, menus, signage, transportation, and post-event reconciliation.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet business and brand objectives.

Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Manage on-site execution of events, traveling as needed (up to 25% overnight travel).

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event strategy, efficiency, and ROI.

Support the wider team with event planning and execution as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and/or event planning certification or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience in corporate event planning or a related field.

Proven success in managing multiple concurrent events with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated budget management and vendor negotiation experience.

Ability to stay composed and organized in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency with event registration systems and mobile app platforms.

Work Schedule:
Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Travel requirement: Up to 25% overnight travel
