Casino Floor Beverage Server - Late Evenings and Overnight Shifts, PT and FT Available

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent in this position is responsible for serving beverages to guests of the Spokane Tribe Casino.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve beverages to Casino customers as established by the department.
• Uphold the highest standard of customer service and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
• Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.
• Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly.
• Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility.
• Act in a manner that is professional in body language and attitude.
• Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21.
• Enhance the company's objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance, according to department standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must meet established department appearance standards.
• The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience. Customer service skills required.
