Culinary Server

Allina Health Restorative Suites, a Cassia community, is a state-of-the-art transitional and restorative care campus. We are hiring a Culinary Server to join our culinary team. We offer on-the-job training!

In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members' meals in our TCU. Meal times and good food will always be a very important part of everyone's lives! Work with great staff in a fun environment!

Position Type: Part-time

Available Shifts (including every other weekend and rotating holidays):

• Days (6:30am to 3:00pm)

Pay Range: $15.25 to $19.38 / hour depending on experience

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441

Culinary Server Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Culinary Server Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests.
