A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLUB CONCIERGE:

As a Club Concierge, you will serve as a liaison between members and the accounting department to assist in billing problem resolution. You will be responsible for providing administrative, reception, reservation, and clerical support to the administrative functions of the Club. The Club Concierge will interact with the members daily and provide exceptional customer service in answering phones, greeting members, answering questions, and providing overall Club information. You will support the Food & Beverage team by taking dining reservations and updating menus.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and 5 years of secretarial experience.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 60 correct wpm, and be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
  • Required experience in interpersonal operations and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized and accurate.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to work on the occasional weekend.
  • Must have an understanding of the company's corporate philosophy and how it relates to administrative operations.
  • Must be customer service oriented. Must be a proactive team member of the staff.
  • Must be in compliance with and actively support a Drug Free Workplace.
  • Productively solve problems. Develop and propose solutions to problems that occur. Anticipate the needs of staff and membership and react in a timely manner.
  • Be a people-person. Be courteous and personable with employees, co-workers, members, and vendors.
  • Must be able to manage time and establish priorities. Be a self-starter, and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
