Job Summary:
In the role, the Warehouse Utility Worker is responsible for all warehouse inbound/outbound operations, managing inventory and proper storage while adhering to all safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using pick slips/tickets to pick orders and stage/prepare them for shipment including any required documentation.
- Verifies shipping documents against pallets labels for accuracy.
- Uses RF scanner to put away Finish Goods in storage area.
- Affixes shipping labels and packing slips on packed cartons and/or pallets
- Load orders or scrap sheets/buyback onto trucks and brace loads as required to meet DOT and company standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material moving equipment (powered and unpowered) in a safe manner.
- Unload trucks and store incoming raw materials, returns, or buy-back material.
- Ensures work area is clean, neat, and orderly.
- Maintain all records and documentation as required.
- Works overtime as required.
- Comply with all safety rules and guidelines.
- Other projects, assignments, and duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with three months of related experience and/or training.
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Able to comply with the company?s safety policy at all times

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similarly situated role
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Must be able to utilize ERP software, RF scanner and Microsoft Office products

Travel Requirements:
- 5%: Up to 13 business days per year (between Bloomsburg campuses)
?

- Physical requirements:
- Medium ? exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
- Proven ability to work in-person in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve conflicts and ambiguity.
- Penchant for learning in the moment and applying new information and new skills.
