LEM Groundskeeper

This position is a temporary position to December 2025, when the plant is anticipated to close.

This position provides part-time support of 20 hours per week to the plant. Starting wage rate is $18.00/hour.

This position requires a self-motivated individual to maintain the appearance of the plant facilities and grounds; including taking care of trash and sweeping grounds. This person must have a quality mind-set, organized and have experience which reflects responsibility, commitment and dependability.

Must be able to fulfill functional capabilities of the position per ADA.

This candidate must be at least 18 years of age with a current valid driver's license.

Leprino uses Psychemedics for a 90-day hair follicle drug test as part of the employee pre-employment process and also participates in E-Verify. All employees in our manufacturing facilities are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated by their role and location.
