Overview
PRN position - 16 hr/wk and must be able to work weekends and evenings
Location: Riley Hospital, may occasionally flex to UH and MH
Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests
- Managing visitors
- Wayfinding
- Problem solving
Looking for great customer service experience and warm outgoing personality
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
- Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
