THE JOB: Do you enjoy talking to people and making them fell welcome? We are looking for Host to smile and great our guest in our high-volume Buffet.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant

• Frequently check back with guests who are waiting to be seated; make it evident to guests that they have not been forgotten and that tables are being prepared for them

• Stay informed about daily activities, group bookings, table availability, seating arrangements, hours, menu pricing, and the dress code

• Answer the phone, keep track of reservations, and manage the reservation book

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility

• Able to sit, stand, walk, climb, crawl, kneeling, crouching, balance etc. for extended periods

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

• Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

Each position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs.

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$22.50

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
