THE JOB:
Launch your casino career with the Table Games Dealer Trainee Program at MGM Resorts, where you'll be trained by industry pros in games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Craps. This hands-on, fast-paced program combines world-class instruction with real-world experiencesetting you up for success as a full-fledged Table Games Dealer.

THE SCHEDULE

Mandatory Orientation: Monday, July 28th 11:00am - 4:00pm

Classes Start: Tuesday, July 29th

8-hour classes Tuesday - Friday

7:00am - 3:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am (pick one)

6-week program : Blackjack & Roulette

9-week program : Blackjack & Craps

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Hands-On Game Training: Learn to deal popular casino games with accuracy, professionalism, and energy in a live-paced learning environment.

• Guest Service Excellence: Practice delivering exceptional guest experiences, building confidence in communication and service standards.

• Game Integrity: Understand and apply rules, procedures, and regulations to ensure fairness, accuracy, and a safe gaming environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to pass a basic math test
• Ability to attend all training classes
