Description

Westaff is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for a local medical office in Helena, MT!

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, of 7:30am-5:30pm

Pay: $17.50/hour

Term: Permanent

Responsibilities of Medical Receptionist:

Answering multi-line phone and directing calls

Greeting patients with great customer service

Patient check-in and scheduling

Scanning records, routing faxes

Clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

2 years receptionist experience preferable in the medical field

Medical receptionist experience a PLUS

Must work well under pressure

Must have ability to remainpassionate and professional during stressful situations

Reliable, positive and detail oriented

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must pass a Background Check
